Course Description-
Our intermediate course on bioinformatics is designed for individuals who have been exposed to the field of bioinformatics, and wants to excel to a level of a specialist. Through adequate hands-on training and practice, our students learn about the extensive application of the tools and techniques used in genomics and proteomics, for future applications in their own projects.

- Basic bioinformatics tools and online software
- Protein modelling using online server
- Protein Interaction Calculation using online server
- Visualization of protein complex and finding H-bonding of the complex
